What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship via FEDEX, UPS or USPS in the USA and preferred local carriers in any country we deliver too.   The carriers rates change frequently and since we offer free shipping we are always looking for the best rates without sacrificing qualities or delivery times.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Shipping times are really hard to gauge.  We are located in the United States so most deliveries in the continental United States are delivered in 2-5 days.  In the rest of the world deliveries could take 10-20 days.  The warehouse sending the item and the package’s final destination determines the delivery times.

How Do I Track My Order?

Tracking is really easy.  On the very top of the home page of is a “track” link where you will be able to enter your order number and email address to gt order information and there will b a link that will display live tracking with every scan.  If you have an account all past orders are saved with tracking information.  Also, an added service is every customer will receive an email every time the carrier scans the package.  Can’t get more convenient than that!

How Do I Place an Order?

In a snap!  Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.  When you find what interest you add it to your cart then checkout by entering your credit card information.  You will receive an order confirmation when order is successfully completed.  Orders placed by 3pm EST on a business day will be processed the same day.  Orders placed after 3pm EST on a business day will be process the following business day.

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

Although we do recommend creating an account for to making ordering from us easier and a simplified follow up to check on the status of your order we do not require creating an account.  Yo may order as a guest and you will receive the same level of priority support.
